This web-based course was designed with the goal to improve birth outcomes, through the implementation of a more comprehensive model of health care designed to increase access and use of prenatal care by vulnerable women. This course was based on the CAPC initiative which was developed and implemented in New York State; primarily in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Buffalo.
