Financial Advisor Career Development Training Online
The goal of the Prudential Securities financial advisor career development program was to provide newly hired financial advisors with the knowledge and techniques necessary to achieve success as a financial advisor at the firm. The first 18 weeks of training were converted into 180 online mini-courses (i.e., learning objects). Sexual Assault Interagency Collaboration On-line
This program was developed in conjunction with the The National Center for Victims of Crime to help improve communities' response to sexual assault by providing the information and guidelines necessary to create a comprehensive interagency and community response plan. The program was developed to provide a convenient medium for SAIC participants to meet and work. Sexual Assault Interagency Collaboration On-line guides participants in establishing a Sexual Assault Interagency Council to develop and implement victim-centered protocol for responding to sexual assault—protocol that will enhance the treatment of sexual assault victims and encourage greater reporting of these serious criminal assaults.
