At Chase Manhattan Bank, Development Resource Centers were established to provide employees with a central repository (i.e., library) for professional development materials. Financial Advisor Career Development Training Online (Blended Learning)
The goal of the Prudential Securities financial advisor career development program was to provide newly hired financial advisors with the knowledge and techniques necessary to achieve success as a financial advisor at the firm. The first 18 weeks of training were converted into 180 online mini-courses (i.e., learning objects).
