Designing and developing new online custom courses (SCORM and Section 508 compliant) that interface with your current Learning Management System (LMS), or Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Re-purposing legacy online courseware to work with your LMS/LCMS (proficiency in SumTotal, BlackBoard, and Moodle systems). Instructional design and development (for both online and instructor-led). Design and develop blended learning solutions.

E-Learning At Work LLC was established by Meredith J. Esposito in 2001. Meredith has over twelve years working experience designing, developing, implementing and managing e-learning solutions and strategies.She has worked for organizations such as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Chase, SumTotal, Pershing, Prudential Securities and BankBoston. Meredith has a Master of Arts degree from New York University in Educational Communication and Technology and has made it her life's work to focus on the unique and growing field of e-learning.
