Project and Technical Management

We use a comprehensive training needs analysis to determine where there are gaps between existing skills and knowledge. Often focus groups are conducted as a means of collecting needs analysis data. Or a task analysis is completed. Analysis data is organized into a summary report and presented to stakeholders. When you have a clear picture of what training is necessary, we work with you to determine the solutions that are most suitable for your organization, and manage the project to completion.
